Riady Halim started his culinary career when he was in high school. From a student of SMK Santa Maria to the President of Young Chef Club Indonesia, Riady has sharpened his skills in pastry, especially with chocolate.
In 2011 he established a cake shop named “Delicate Patisserie”. Now he is well-known as a trainer & consultant specialized in pastry &
bakery. Riady won many competitions since 2010, from cooking competitions to chocolate & baking competitions.
